PRODUCT CARE
Although all the pieces from Maison Amadis can be washed in the dishwasher occasionally, it is recommended to hand-wash them with a non-abrasive soft sponge in order to preserve the beauty of the decoration. The pieces are not microwave-safe due to the presence of precious metals, such as 24 karat gold, platinum. All the gold parts are 24 karats.

SHIPPING COSTS
Personalized gifts are only made-to-order. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for completion.
You will be asked to select the shipment method you would prefer as part of the order procedure.
Delivery cost depends on the delivery service you select:
Maison Amadis ships through FedEx, UPS, and USPS if you order from the United States and via DHL and Century Express (for all global orders). We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Express 2 days service will cost $35.00, Standard Overnight service will cost $60.00, Priority Overnight service will cost $70.00, and Saturday Delivery service will cost $85.00.
Purchases are delivered in a Maison Amadis special white box and its logo tied with a ribbon. Each piece is accompanied by a booklet designed specifically for the particular piece reflecting different processes of painting of the piece. An artist’s note will be included inside of the box.
